  I think Metro Pizza is worth 5 stars for what it is. Delicious pizza and fast food! This place has decent prices, relative to the other pizza places, and delivery is super quick. They also take interac on delivery, which is a huge bonus!
  
  I love their poutines and club sandwiches. Their pizza is also great. They don't skimp on toppings like some other places. The staff is always very friendly.
  
  I have never had a delivery as messed up as the first reviewer posted and I have ordered from Metro many, many times. It looks to me like it was more an issue during the delivery than a restaurant quality issue. The delivery driver may have accidentally tipped the box. Oh well, accidents happen. I would definitely give this place a chance if you are thinking about it!

  Really happy with this fast food pizza. Sauce is not sour or tangy. Pizza is very cheesy with generous toppings. Crust is not too thin or thick. Great pizza will order again. Picked up pizza for takeout.

  I like the pizza here. Not thin crust, not pan pizza thick crust. The pizzas have nicely browned cheese, not too much crust exposed, and have a good amount of toppings that were evenly distributed (I do usually go pick it up though). They have specials online, which I didn't know about before - I wanted to get 2 16" pizzas and the girl actually called me back to let me know that for a few dollars more ($35), I could get the family special that came with a side of fries as well as a 2L soda. Done! I really appreciated her letting me know. The 16" pizza makes giant slices and I ended up further cutting them - this is the kind of pizza that could have benefited from being cut into squares instead of traditional pizza slices. I really liked that they let me choose 4 cans of soda instead of a 2L bottle. I know I'm getting less soda but we don't drink a lot of soda and I prefer having a choice. Overall, I'd order from them again.

  Stay away from this restaurant! They tried to overcharged me on my order, 20% more than the price. They even tried to charge me extra because I pay with my credit card. By law, restaurants are not allowed to charge you for using a credit card or debit.
  To top it off, customer service was very rude!
  I ordered a 12" pizza that cost $23.99 + 15% tax = $27.60. But the cashier said that my order would be: $34.40. When I asked why it was that much...he mentioned that they "charged extra for using credit card and debit card, and if I was not happy with it, I should call back tomorrow and talk to his manager! All restaurants charge you, but they don't tell you."
  WHAT?! That is just none sense! Restaurants are not allowed to surcharge you a fee for using a cc. What a rip off, trying to make extra money on customers! First and last time I would ever order there. I basically cancelled my order on the spot. I would give 0 star if that was possible!

  Disappointed. Ordered online and waited over an hour for the food. Called to confirm order and was told it would be here any minute. Called again after waiting more than 2 hours total, only to be told they never received our order. Sad, this was our favourite pizza place.
